(Slinger, WI) April 19, 2011 – The 64th Season for Slinger Speedway kick’s off Sunday afternoon May 1st with the Miller Lite 120 Spring Opener. Super Late Models will headline the event joined by Late Models, Midwest Sportsman, Thunderstock, Slinger Bee’s, Amber Inn Figure 8’s, and Westbury Bank Speedway Guest Cars. Gates will open at 2 pm and racing starts at 4:00 pm.

The first 4 races at Slinger Speedway will have 4 pm start times, then May 29 we will return to the traditional 6:30 start time for the EH Wolf and Son’s Memorial Day Race with Fireworks. To help promote the 4 pm start time we have a 4’s are Wild promotion for race fans to purchase 4 packs of tickets for $40 for the first 4 races. The $40, 4 packs are an advance sale promotion and race fans can purchase them at the track office M-F 9-5, call 262-644-5921 to buy them, or purchase them on line at www.slingersuperspeedway.com
Saturday April 30 fans will have the opportunity to watch all the divisions of competition for the 2011 racing season during the annual practice day. General admission on practice day is free. You can save a buck on Sunday’s tickets buying them in advance at Pioneer Plaza in Richfield, or B& S Liquor in Hartford.
Tickets are on sale for the 32nd Annual Miller Lite Slinger Nationals. Kyle Busch has committed to return to the event that takes place Sunday July 10th. You can call the track office to order tickets at: 262-644-5921, or go to our website for on line ticket sales at www.slingersuperspeedway.com.
