(Slinger, WI) April 25, 2013 – The 66th Season for Slinger Speedway will kick off Sunday afternoon April 28th with the Miller Lite Spring Opener. Super Late Models will headline the event with a 75 lap feature. Super Late Models will be joined by Late Models, Midwest Sportsman, Area Sportsman, Slinger Bee’s and Figure 8’s. Gates open at Noon with opening ceremonies at 2:00 pm and racing to follow.

Defending Slinger Speedway Super Late Model Track Champion Dennis Prunty will take on former Track Champions, Lowell Bennett, Brad “JJ” Mueller Al Schill, Conrad Morgan and Rich Bickle along with some of the best short track racers in the country.
All six Slinger Speedway racing divisions will compete in the opening day event.
Slinger Speedway has Super deals for 2013. Adult Season passes are just $180, while student and Senior citizen passes are just $110. New for 2013 season passes include all regular Sunday races plus the Miller Lite Nationals and Slinger SlamFest. If that’s not enough we are going to give all season pass holders their choice of an Old Wisconsin Hot Dog or Brat at every event. Season pass holders will also get one Slinger Speedway T-shirt from Chuckwagons souvenir stand.
Saturday April 27 fans will have the opportunity to view all the divisions of competition for the 2013-racing season during the annual practice day. The following divisions will practice by class: Super Late Model, Late Model, Midwest Sportsman, Area Sportsman, Slinger Bees, American Super Cup, and Figure 8’s. General admission on practice day is free.
