Tentative Plan (subject to change)
11:00am vehicle arrival/parking (continuing throughout the day)
Vehicles should turn onto Speedway Court (NOT into the track driveway).
Continue to the end of the road and enter the track driveway on the right.
Drive to the top of the hill to park.
NOON Show begins
5:30 Begin staging to enter the north pit gate and go onto the track. Those who don’t want to stay can exit back onto Speedway Court
6:00ish (after qualifying) to 6:20 car show continues on the track, fans are welcome to wander among the cars
After Opening Ceremonies Cars take one slow parade lap and exit the track/pits
Those wishing to stay for the races can park in the main parking lot, entering
via the “extra” driveway by the Bibinger’s sign
Prizes:
Furthest distance traveled to attend: $50 gas card and plaque
Best in Show: Trophy, and the opportunity to pace the beginning of the Super Late Model feature
Best paint: Trophy
Kids Choice: Stoner Car Care package
Cost to show a car: $10, includes one admission to the race that night. One additional admission at $10 is available for passenger
Open to all cars and trucks
Speedway concessions will also be available via the back side of the pit concession stand or bring a cooler and tailgate!
