Why did you get into racing?
I got into racing by watching my dad [Ken] and helping him on his Slinger Bee and Thunderstock. I picked #29 for my car because that’s the number he started with. I grew up watching him race and wanted to be just like him!
Who is your favorite NASCAR (or other pro) driver?
My favorite NASCAR driver would be either Jimmie Johnson or Kevin Harvick. I’ve been a Jimmie Johnson fan since I started watching racing. I like Harvick for how smart and aggressive he drives.
What do you like about Slinger Super Speedway?
I love the speed that you carry through the corners at Slinger and I like the unique high banks.
What is your “real job”?
I’m a service technician at Miller-Bradford & Risberg, working on heavy equipment.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food would have to be enchiladas or steak. My favorite enchiladas are made with chicken, and the best are the ones my mom makes. Outback Steakhouse has my favorite steak, cooked medium-well.
Who is on your crew?
My crew is my dad [Ken], Allen, Larry, and Kyle. The work and time that they put in is incredible, and I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without them!

What is your favorite racing memory at Slinger?
Racing one of my best friends, Dale-Kiley Schaefer (#88), for a feature win on the last night of 2014 in the Slinger Bees. I made a pass with like five to go, and won the race!
Is there anyone else you want to thank?
I’d like to thank my dad again for all of the countless hours he puts in to make sure we unload a fast car every week. I’d also like to thank all of my family and friends for the support!
Which Slinger driver do you have the most respect for?
The Slinger driver I have the most respect for would be Dennis Prunty. Any track he goes to, he’s quick! He runs really smart and aggressive.
