(Slinger, WI) Memorial Day weekend at the Slinger Super Speedway traditionally ushers in a host a big summer racing events, and this weekend is no exception as E.H. Wolf and Sons, Inc. presents the Memorial Day Special. EH Wolf has added $1000 worth of product gift certificates that will be up for grabs for the racers. The Sunday night, May 24, program features a 75-lap main event for the super late models and is always one of the bigger races of the season.

(Slinger, WI) Memorial Day weekend at the Slinger Super Speedway traditionally ushers in a host a big summer racing events, and this weekend is no exception as E.H. Wolf and Sons, Inc. presents the Memorial Day Special. EH Wolf has added $1000 worth of product gift certificates that will be up for grabs for the racers. The Sunday night, May 24, program features a 75-lap main event for the super late models and is always one of the bigger races of the season.
The super late models will be joined on Sunday night by a full program for the late models, area sportsman, Slinger bee’s and figure 8’s. In addition, the first of three scheduled fireworks shows for the season will take place. The fireworks show will be put on by Bartolotta Fireworks – one of the premier fireworks presenters in the Midwest.
“It’s just one of those nights that you circle on your racing calendar,” said Slinger resident and super late model competitor, Mike Egan. “The whole community comes out to support the race track on these nights so you can count on racing in front of a full house.” Egan continued, “How many towns get fireworks three nights a year?”
Gates open Sunday evening at 4:45 p.m. with qualifying at 5:00. Opening ceremonies are set for 6:30 with racing to follow. In the event of inclement weather, Monday, May 25 will serve as a rain date.
